Completing the Two Application Forms

You must complete these two separate application forms:

1. The Main Common Application Form

This can be accessed through your home local authority. If you wish to complete a paper copy you must request this from the Local Authority you live in.  It must be returned to your home local authority.

2. The Supplementary Information Form 

You can access the school's supplementary form using the tab on this page. 

How the admissions process works

Please refer to the school's Admissions Policy for 2023-24 (see tab on this page).  Part of this policy is written for those who applied for places in September 2023, but do please refer particularly to section 7 which addresses In-Year applications for this year.  You can also access additional documents.
